Vortex Play Launches Three VR Arenas in Italy: Latina, Cuneo, Grosseto
After months of installations and operational testing, Vortex Play officially announces the opening of three free-roam VR arenas in Italy: Latina (Bowling Center), Cuneo (Playbowling), and Grosseto (Bowling Area 51). A fourth location in Taranto is being set up and will be operational before year end.
A system built for the Italian operator
Vortex Play was built on the understanding that the Italian family entertainment market has specific requirements: often limited space, a broad age demographic, and the need for a partner who speaks Italian and responds in real time. Every arena is run by local staff, with no international intermediaries.
30+ games, monthly updates included
The launch catalog includes 30+ free-roam VR titles across 4 categories: arcade (5-15 min), laser game (20 min), adventure (30 min), and escape room (60 min). New games are added monthly at no extra cost to the operator, always providing a reason to come back.
Arena Ecosystem: bookings, loyalty, and analytics in one platform
Every Vortex Play location runs Arena Ecosystem, which includes the online booking system, the customer loyalty app, and the operational analytics dashboard. The operator manages everything from a single interface, with no third-party tools required.
Becoming a Vortex Play partner
Vortex Play is expanding and evaluating new partnerships with bowling centres, FECs, and indoor parks across Italy. The process starts with a free consultation: space analysis, configuration proposal, and a revenue estimate for your venue. Contact us to book a demo at one of our active sites.
